- I'm having an irl job! It's a bit hard-going to draw but I'm making progress ><
- I come from Vietnam and I can use English. But you may need to describe things a bit basic so I can understand~

General ToS

1. The commissioner recieves a full sized 300 dpi digital picture with the small signatural included.2. NO REFUND after paying! Be sure that you want to commission me. I will suggest you 50% refund if you want to cancel in sketch part and I have the right to reject future commission from people proved troubles.3. I will follow the to-do list and complete your comms within 3 months from the day you commissioned me.
I hope you can be patient since I can sketch soon but it's a long progress after due to my busy scedule. The commission will take from 1 weeks to 2 month after you accepted the sketch.4. I'm always in touch. In case that you want to know what stage your commission is, you can send me a private note. Commission status is visible to google doc (will be made later).5. I have the right to refuse an order if I feel like I don't feel comfortable/competent with it and have your commission as my portfolio, but I promise your commissioned piece won't be used in commerial purposes.All copyrights to the characters fully belong to their respectful owners.6. PERSONAL USE ONLY! DO NOT reproduce the commissioned artwork in any way of commerial use (i.e. selling merchandises, prints ect.) In case you changed your mind and want to use early commissioned work for profit, please, contact me for futher details.Feel free to upload my commission anywhere you want and use it for personal (i.e. personal social media banners, prints, wallpaper ect.), but you are not allowed to use it for any profit and claim the work as your. I'll deeply appreciate if you give me, Kurochii, a credit <3.But please put watermark on! NFT sellers and AI can take advantages of them if you are not careful.7. It will be good if you have your refs before hand. That way I can get to know your ideas and characters better. But if you don't know how to describe them at all, you can leave it to me, I'll pick some for you ^^)Refs should be neat, big sized and visual your characters, also the part than can easily be confused with or wrongly drawn. No text-only description or asking to design outfit unless they are design commissions.8. I don't imitate other artist's style, so remember to check my gallery to see what will you recieved.9. No changes will be made after sketch approval. On the sketch approval step I won't redraw an artwork more than 2-3 times. After the 3rd time I have the right to declide futher changes or to charge you extra fee per change. Small errors will be made for free if it was from my part, like I missed details you had provided in the order.The fee won't be counted for inquiring about tidy things up. I'm a bit messy and may over-staturate things, so don't hesitate to go forth and be strict about the art. The more you fix the better the art will be, I outdone myself often like that!10. If you request your commission to be private, you will have to pay extra fee. The reason is simple, I lost my chance to display my current skills for portential customers and also it brakes my term about having comms as a part of my profolio.In case you want your comms to be done fast for a specific date (birthday present, anniversary...), do not forget to mention it in commission form. An extra fee will be included and your turn will be in my preference list.!!Warning: my time table is unwillingly inconsistant so I suggest no rush commission below a week unless the time required can be met on my status update!!

Paying

The commission must be paid in full via PayPal BEFORE I start working on the order. I'll send you a note after reading yours. There will be my address and the final sum.Please pay within 48 hours once you recieve an invoice.By commissioning me and choosing the PayPal option,you automatically agree and promise that you won't request any PayPal chargebacks.For Vietnamese, I do accept paying via Vietnam's bank (BIDV) with rate 1 USD=23 nghin VND. I don't have plan to open commission in Viet yet so please accept this for now :3If the money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission
